All payments are securely processed. You have the option to save credit card information in your account, but it is NOT required.
What currency are your prices in?

Is there a limit to my downloads?
Great news! We offer unlimited downloads, and your download links will never expire (as long as the www.designsbyjuju.com website exists).
HOWEVER, please do download your designs upon purchase. We offer unlimited downloads as a courtesy, but we are NOT a cloud storage service. It is the customer's responsibility to store and organize their purchased designs. We highly recommend backing up your files on both an external hard drive and cloud storage service.
We are selling machine embroidery designs and not storage.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the electronic nature of our product and its ability to be reproduced, there are NO refunds or exchanges.
We are extremely firm on this policy. PLEASE carefully review your order or ask questions PRIOR to purchase.
