For specific embroidery machine or software questions, we invite you to post on our Facebook page, where we will share it with our members. We have had tremendous success assisting our customers with a wide variety of machine specific issues through Facebook.

If you are having a problem with your files, in order for us to provide speedy customer service and help you resolve your issue and get on to stitching, please provide the following information in your message that may pertain to your issue:

  • Exactly which files you may be experiencing difficulty with. Please provide SKU and size.
  • What format are you using?
  • Exactly what is happening, and what steps you have taken. Did you get any error message?
  • What operating system are you using? ie: Windows 7, Windows 8 etc
  • What web browser? ie: Internet Explorer (which version?) Firefox, Chrome
  • What embroidery machine do you have? What embroidery software are you using?
  • What fabric are you stitching onto? Exactly how have you hooped and stabilized your project?
  • Have you resized or edited your file in any manner?
  • Have you first tried to re-download to ensure it wasn't a bad download?
