- Exactly which files you may be experiencing difficulty with. Please provide SKU, size used, embroidery format.
- Exactly what is happening, and what steps you have taken. Did you get any error message?
- What operating system are you using? ie: Windows 10, macOS, etc.
- What web browser? ie: Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer (version), etc.
- What embroidery machine do you have? What embroidery software (and version) are you using? These two answers are VERY important to help us to best assist you.
