If you are having a problem, in order for us to provide speedy customer service and help you resolve your issue and get on to stitching, please provide the following information in your message that may pertain to your issue:
- Exactly which files you may be experiencing difficulty with. Please provide SKU and size.
- Exactly what is happening, and what steps you have taken. Did you get any error message?
- What operating system are you using? ie: Windows 7, Windows 8 etc
- What web browser? ie: Internet Explorer (which version?) Firefox, Chrome
- What embroidery machine do you have? What embroidery software are you using?
