“I would also like to give credit to Suzzie's quilt shop in Manassas, Virginia for helping me with ideas for the center of the quilt. I had never done machine applique from a hand drawn design, and the owner of the shop helped me learn the process. She also suggested tacking on the puffy leaves and owls to give it a 3 dimensional look. I love the result! This project was for the nursery of my new grandson. Looks great and loved embroidering the designs."
