The first project we have to feature is this adorable string backpack by Jeanee! A few months ago, Jeanee purchased our Mehndi Ballerinas 2 set, but she wasn’t sure when she’d get to use it. With 6 granddaughters, however, she knew it was only a matter of time before an opportunity arose. Now, with 2 of her granddaughters taking ballet lessons, she knew this was the perfect time. So, she embroidered one of the Mehndi Ballerinas 2 designs onto the front of a backpack her granddaughters could use to carry their ballet slippers. Too cute!!
It doesn’t get any more adorable than this! We love this hooded towel that WiniDel made for her granddaughter who is taking swimming lessons. In order to give this hooded towel a swimming theme, she used one of the designs from our darling Beach Critters set. WiniDel did a great job choosing the fabric colors & patterns for the design. She even finished this project by tying a purple ribbon around the towel to match the purple whale she embroidered onto the front of the towel hood. Love it!
Get ready for cuteness overload! Our last project is this darling baby quilt by Ginny. She made this quilt for her new grandbaby arriving soon. She wanted to make a quilt that was cute and girly, so she decided to use a variety of different floral patterned fabrics for both the border of the quilt and some of the quilt blocks. We love the fabrics she chose! Plus, she even used the same fabrics in the designs she embroidered from our Spring Fever Applique 4x4 and 5x7 set. Awesome job, Ginny!
