Product Details

Embroidered greeting cards are fast and fun to make. This card has been digitized to be stitched on cardstock or blank greeting cards. The tie, pocket and label are appliqued (we show you how). The pocket is functional and could be used to insert a folded dollar bill or a faux little hankie. The pocket is not big enough for a gift card.

You are receiving a total of 2 stitch files: one version with the words "Happy Birthday" and another with "Happy Father's Day". Both cards come with "Dad" written on the tie. But the word "Dad" can easily be left off by not stitching the last color. We used our 1/2" Classic Block font for "Dad". (Font not included with your purchase. ) If you wish you could insert a short name. The card designs come with placement stitches to ensure accurate placement on the cards. Instructions include tips on stitching on blank cards.

The corners of one of the cards were enhanced with a corner paper punch. This is an optional technique; you can leave the corners straight if you prefer. Great design for using up small fabric scraps.

Formats included: DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, VIP, VP3, XXX. Please note ART, PCS and SEW are not available.

Our designs are manually digitized and test stitched before release. For best results we recommend stitching our designs unaltered on projects hooped with stabilizer appropriate for the material being used. We cannot guarantee results when our designs have been modified in software or non-traditional hooping methods are used. We highly recommend doing a test stitch on an altered design before putting it on a valuable blank.
