This beautiful small wall hanging will add a festive holiday touch to your decorating. The 4 blocks of this quilt are stitched in the hoop. The poinsettias are appliqued and then echo quilted; the blocks without embroidery are stipple quilted in the hoop. The vertical contrast strips are applied while in the hoop; the center contrast strip will be attached on the sewing machine. This is not a quilt as you go project. The backing is unquilted and is brought to the front to create a faux binding. Detailed instructions showing you how to do that are included. You could also apply regular binding to the edges.
This mini quilt would not only look great as a small wall hanging but could also be used as a center table mat.
Some machine sewing experience highly recommended.
Formats included: DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, VIP, VP3, XXX. Please note ART, PCS and SEW are not available.

Our designs are manually digitized and test stitched before release. For best results we recommend stitching our designs unaltered on projects hooped with stabilizer appropriate for the material being used. We cannot guarantee results when our designs have been modified in software or non-traditional hooping methods are used. We highly recommend doing a test stitch on an altered design before putting it on a valuable blank. That being said, we are often asked for a recommendation for embroidery editing software for customizing purposes:
