These sweet stockings are completely made in the hoop (in one hooping). The stockings are fully lined; no seams are showing on the inside. The "cuff" is applied during the embroidery process; the toe and heel areas, as well as the center label are all reverse appliqued. If you have never done reverse applique before, do not worry. It is easy to do and we will show you how with detailed instructions and photos. There is no hand or machine sewing required. Great as a Christmas tree ornament, filled with chocolates or candies, as a small gift of appreciation or even as silverware holders for your Christmas table.
These stockings are not just for babies. They are very versatile.
Formats included: DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, VIP, VP3, XXX. Please note ART, PCS and SEW are not available.
For 5x7, 6x10 and 7x12 hoops.
You will receive 6 stitch files:
1. One file with the words "Baby's First Christmas" (girl version)
2. One file with the words "Baby's First Christmas" (boy version)
3. One without the words "Baby's First Christmas" so you can insert a name and date (girl version)
4. One without the words "Baby's First Christmas" so you can insert a name and date (boy version)
5. One without the words and designs but with an empty label for you to insert a monogram initial or small design
6. In addition there will be a plain stocking as well with only the heel and toes patches.

Formats available: DST, EXP, JEF, HUS, PES, VIP, VP3 & XXX for ALL purchases. (ART, PCS and SEW formats will not be available for Oma's Place Designs. For all other designs, PCS and SEW formats will only include 4x4 files when available for the design.)
These are digital machine embroidery design NOT a finished product. You must own an embroidery machine. You musy know how to unzip your files and transfer files to your machine.

Our designs are manually digitized and test stitched before release. For best results we recommend stitching our designs unaltered on projects hooped with stabilizer appropriate for the material being used. We cannot guarantee results when our designs have been modified in software or non-traditional hooping methods are used. We highly recommend doing a test stitch on an altered design before putting it on a valuable blank. That being said, we are often asked for a recommendation for embroidery editing software for customizing purposes:
