This very versatile set of 6 mini giftbags stands 3.50" tall and is 1.50" deep. The bags are constructed mostly in the hoop (one hooping only) and then finished on the sewing machine (2 long straight seams and boxing of corners). These bags make cute tree ornaments as well. In addition, they can be used for other non holiday gift giving as well. For this purpose, a plain gift bag without designs is included with this set. That way you can use fabrics for non holiday occasions. These bags could also be used to hold a small bridal or baby shower favor.
The mini bags stitch up quickly. One of the bags has an ornament that is appliqued. It's easy to do. We show you how. If you wish to, you can personalize the ornament with a name. Shown is our Tiny Madre font which worked perfectly in that space.
Also included with your purchase are printable pdfs with coordinating Christmas gift tags and tags with the numbers 1 through 25. Using the number tags, you can make a unique Advent Calendar by attaching the tags to the bags. Don't feel like stitching 25 bags? Just stitch a few and change out the number tags. The bags can easily hold a small Advent surprise.

Our designs are manually digitized and test stitched before release. For best results we recommend stitching our designs unaltered on projects hooped with stabilizer appropriate for the material being used. We cannot guarantee results when our designs have been modified in software or non-traditional hooping methods are used. We highly recommend doing a test stitch on an altered design before putting it on a valuable blank. That being said, we are often asked for a recommendation for embroidery editing software for customizing purposes:
