This mini placemat for 8x12 hoops helps celebrate the beautiful season of autumn. The mats are about half the size of a regular placemat and quite a bit larger than our 5x7" mug rugs. The mini placemat accommodates a dessert plate and mug easily. The center is reverse appliqued and the background around the center is stipple quilted. The borders are applied while in hoop. Roll up the mat and place it in a lunch bag. Given the right fabrics, these would make great teacher's gifts, too.
The mini placemat is completely stitched as an in the hoop project. There is no other sewing machine or hand stitching required.
The design comes with detailed instructions (including photos) in pdf format.
Formats included: DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, VIP, VP3, XXX. Please note ART, PCS and SEW are not available.

These are digital machine embroidery design NOT a finished product. You must own an embroidery machine. You must know how to unzip your files and transfer files to your machine.

Our designs are manually digitized and test stitched before release. For best results we recommend stitching our designs unaltered on projects hooped with stabilizer appropriate for the material being used. We cannot guarantee results when our designs have been modified in software or non-traditional hooping methods are used. We highly recommend doing a test stitch on an altered design before putting it on a valuable blank. That being said, we are often asked for a recommendation for embroidery editing software for customizing purposes:
