Enhance your table setting with this festively designed Modular Summer Fruit Placemat, crafted to perfectly complement our coordinating Modular Table Runner. When made with the fabric and threads of your choice, it will add both style and functionality to any dining occasion.

Minimum 5x7 hoop required

Approximate finished size: 12" x 18"

Our Modular Placemats have one finished size (approximately 12"x18") and all standard blocks fit in a 5x7 hoop! The general layout has a "main" holiday design in the middle, "side" blocks on the left and right sides of the main design, then it is finished with horizontal and vertical "border" blocks. Each Modular Placemat comes with all the files needed to make a complete placemat, as pictured.

This set includes: Main Summer Fruit design, Pieced Triangle Side blocks, and Swirls and Drops Border blocks. (Bonus Zig Zag border blocks that coordinate with our Modular Table Runner designs are also included.)

The standard layout requires 11 hoopings. Sixteen blocks are stitched completely in the hoop, then joined together with your sewing machine. The backing and binding are added with your sewing machine.

This project features a large image that is broken up over two blocks, allowing those limited to a 5x7 hoop to create a bigger picture!

For machines with larger stitch fields, BONUS combined blocks are included to minimize hoopings.

The bonus Main block allows you to stitch the holiday design in one hooping. It requires a 7x12 hoop.
The bonus Side block and bonus Vertical Border block both require a 6x10 hoop.
