Hippity Hoppity, Easter's on its Way! Our Cottontail Lane Wall Hanging is the perfect spring decor for your home with bunnies, eggs, carrots, flowers, butterflies and more. This project features applique designs, motif fills and fringe flowers.
Available in two hoop sizes: 5x7 hoop and 6x10 hoop
Approximate finished sizes:
5x7 - 23" x 27"
6x10 - 30" x 36"
Requires 30 hoopings. Thirty-four blocks are stitched completely in the hoop, then joined together with your sewing machine. The backing and tabs are added with your sewing machine.
The applique designs in this project are finished with a motif stitch or heavy seed/bean stitch instead of satin stitch. In order to achieve the best results, most applique fabrics will have its placement, tackdown and motif stitches grouped together in sequence. This reduces thread changes at your machine since you should use the same color thread for the tackdown step as the motif stitches. Detailed colorcharts are included. We recommend using a fusible product like HNBL on the applique fabrics to prevent fraying and make trimming neater.

For best results we recommend stitching our designs unaltered on projects hooped with stabilizer appropriate for the material being used. We cannot guarantee results when our designs have been modified in software or non-traditional hooping methods are used.
