Please note this is not applique nor is it a traditional satin or fill stitch font. The light and airy "sketch" fill pattern allows for a quick stitch out. The space between each line of stitching varies and the two colors combine to create the ombre effect. The letters have a bean stitch outline in a third color.
The ombre effect works best if the first and second colors are different, but side by side on the color wheel. The ombre effect will be stronger if the first color is lighter than the second; the ombre effect will be more subtle if the two colors are similar in tint or shade. Please refer to sample images in our listing for multiple examples.
We do NOT recommend resizing this font in software.
You will receive all Aa-Zz letters, numbers 0-9 and punctuation (79 files) in thirteen sizes. The font size is based on the capital B, and all letters/numbers are scaled accordingly; several of the capital letters extend below the baseline making their overall design height larger than the stated size (see image for details).
All files in the 1", 1.5", 2", 2.5" and 3" sizes fit in a 4x4 hoop except for the 3" lowercase t.
Several letters of the 3.5" size do not fit in a 4x4 hoop.
The capitals/numbers of the 4" size do not fit in a 4x4 hoop; a larger hoop is needed for 4" size and above.

Letters are individual stitch files and therefore you must have embroidery editing software to merge your letters one at a time together to form words, names and monograms. Please be sure to examine all letters PRIOR to purchase.

This font also includes BX format to be used with Embrilliance software as a keyboard font. If you do not own software, Embrilliance offers a basic FREE software for you to install the BX file and easily TYPE your words and phrases! File installation instructions are included with your purchase. Our designs are manually digitized and test stitched before release. For best results we recommend stitching our designs unaltered on projects hooped with stabilizer appropriate for the material being used. We cannot guarantee results when our designs have been modified in software or non-traditional hooping methods are used. We highly recommend doing a test stitch on an altered design before putting it on a valuable blank.That being said, we are often asked for a recommendation for embroidery editing software for customizing purposes:
