7x12 size has a neck opening of 13 inches. 8x12 and 8x14 hoop sizes have a neck opening of 14.0 inches.
*Note: Babies come in all different sizes, newborns have an average neck circumference of 7.75 inches, where as an 18 month old baby has an average neck circumference of 10 inches. I'd say these bib are a one size fits most babies size, however the 7x12 size may not fit older babies.*
