New to Designs by JuJu! We are honored to offer these lovely Crazy Patch Quilt blocks, originally sold on the Molly Mine website. The fabrics are added to the block using a stitch-and-flip method, then embellished with a wide variety of motifs and sweet little embroidery designs. Series 1 Set 2 includes blocks 5-8, featuring a star, tree, fan and butterfly. There are a total of twenty blocks in this series; stay tuned for additional sets, sold separately.
Available in seven sizes: 5x5, 6x6, 7x7, 7.75x7.75, 8x8, 9x9 and 10x10
Our new versions of the crazy patch blocks have been updated to include batting placement and tack-down steps. Additionally, all sizes have been adjusted to coordinate with our Quilting Backdrops™!
The design files are named according to the FINISHED SIZE of the block, not necessarily the hoop in which it fits.
*The 5x5 size will fit in a 5x7 hoop
*The 6x6 size will fit in a true 6x10 hoop (it will NOT fit in the smaller VP3 150x240 hoop)
*The 7x7 size will fit in a 7x12 hoop
*The 7.75x7.75 size will fit in an 8x8 hoop
*The 8x8 size requires a 9x14 hoop
*The 9x9 size will fit in a 9x14 hoop
*The 10x10 size will fit in a 10x10 hoop

Included with purchase is a set of instructions that demonstrate how to stitch one sample block from this series. You will apply the techniques demonstrated to the remaining blocks, following the sequence of steps numbered in the design layout images and color charts. Since these blocks are designed to be used with fabric scraps, a cutting chart is not included.
Since these blocks are sized to match Quilting Backdrops, that means you can further customize your project by adding sashings and/or additional blocks using the quilting motif of your choice!
For long-time Molly Mine customers, legacy files are also included for your convenience. If you prefer to stitch the classic versions, you'll find them exactly as they were originally released, allowing you to mix-and-match with sets you may have previously purchased on the Molly Mine website.

Formats available: DST, EXP, JEF, HUS, PES, VIP, VP3 & XXX for ALL purchases. (ART, PCS and SEW formats will not be available for Oma's Place Designs. For all other designs, PCS and SEW formats will only include 4x4 files when available for the design.)
These are digital machine embroidery design NOT a finished product. You must own an embroidery machine. You must know how to unzip your files and transfer files to your machine.

Our designs are manually digitized and test stitched before release. For best results we recommend stitching our designs unaltered on projects hooped with stabilizer appropriate for the material being used. We cannot guarantee results when our designs have been modified in software or non-traditional hooping methods are used. We highly recommend doing a test stitch on an altered design before putting it on a valuable blank. That being said, we are often asked for a recommendation for embroidery editing software for customizing purposes:
