Q: Who is Designs by JuJu and why did we acquire Molly Mine?
 A: Designs by JuJu has been creating high-quality, affordable machine-embroidery designs since 2007. We’ve admired Molly Mine’s innovative and unique designs for years, and we’re thrilled to give them a new home. By adding Molly Mine’s catalog to DBJJ's, we can offer greater variety of designs, all with the quality and support you expect from Designs by JuJu.
Q: Does this mean Molly Mine is closing its website?
 A: Yes. The Molly Mine website will remain live through November 30, 2025, for existing customers to download their past purchases. After that date, the site will be closed permanently.
Q: Will the Molly Mine brand name disappear?
 A:The Designs by JuJu team will be hard at work in the coming weeks to incorporate Molly Mine designs into the DBJJ catalog.  Some designs will be refreshed and repackaged, while others may be redesigned to better fit within DBJJ’s brand and standards. Because of this, we can’t guarantee that every collection will be released with the same name or that the designs will look exactly as they did before.
Q: When will Molly Mine designs be available on Designs by JuJu?
 A: The Designs by JuJu team will begin releasing Molly Mine designs in early 2026, as part of our regular monthly releases. Watch for announcements in our newsletter and on social media!

Accounts & Login

Q: Do I need to create a new Designs by JuJu account or will my Molly Mine login work?
 A: If you don’t already have a JuJu account, you’ll need to create one. Your Molly Mine account (including downloads, purchase history, and account information) will not transfer to Designs by JuJu. Please make sure to download all of your purchases from Molly Mine by November 30, 2025.
Q: Will any of my account data from Molly Mine transfer over to Designs by JuJu?
 A: No. Designs by JuJu does not and will not have access to your previous customer data from Molly Mine (Wishlist, Cart, Address, Purchase History, etc.). If you would like to review or remove any of that data, please log into your account at www.mollymine.com before November 30, 2025.

Previous Purchases & Download Access

Q: Will I have access to previously purchased Molly Mine files?
 A: Yes, but only until November 30, 2025. Please download and save your purchases before this date. After November 30, you will no longer have access to your files. Designs by JuJu will not have access to your past purchase data.
Q: How can I re-download designs I bought from Molly Mine?
 A: Log into your Molly Mine account and use the password reset tool if needed. You can re-download your designs until November 30, 2025. After that date, order history and downloads will no longer be available.
Q: Will old purchase history move over automatically?
 A: No. Your Molly Mine purchase history will not transfer to Designs by JuJu.
Q: I lost my download links—who do I contact now?
 A: Please use the contact form on the Molly Mine website before November 30, 2025. After that date, we will not be able to provide access to past orders.

Formats, Design Quality & Compatibility

Q: Will design formats (PES, JEF, DST, etc.) remain the same?
 A: Yes. Every format Molly Mine previously offered will be available when the design is released on Designs by JuJu.
Q: Will I still get multiple sizes included like I do with JuJu designs?
 A: The Molly Mine catalog will be adapted to fit our standard Designs by JuJu offering. Sizes will remain consistent with the original catalog where possible.

Licensing & Terms of Use

Q: Do the Terms of Use change under Designs by JuJu?
 A: Yes. Designs by JuJu’s standard Personal & Small-Business License applies to all designs in our catalog, including those from Molly Mine. That means you can sell up to 250 finished items per design, per year. Need more? Ask us about a commercial extension.
Q: Can I still sell items made with Molly Mine designs in my craft shop?
 A: Absolutely! Our designs may be stitched on items you sell, as long as they are not mass-produced (i.e., by hiring others or sewing on a production line). The individual purchaser must be the one doing the stitching. Please note: freebies may not be used on items for sale.

Customer Support & Communication

Q: Who do I contact for order issues—Molly Mine or Designs by JuJu?
A: For purchases made through Molly Mine, use the contact form on www.mollymine.com before November 30, 2025. For purchases made through Designs by JuJu, contact our support team at support@designsbyjuju.com.
Q: Will support hours and response times change?
A: The Designs by JuJu support crew answers emails Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. ET. Expect a reply within one business day (often faster).
Q: Will I still receive Molly Mine newsletters?
A: Molly Mine newsletters will end with the website closure. To continue receiving embroidery inspiration, sign up for JuJu’s Happy Stitching newsletter.

Community

Q: Is the Molly Mine community moving somewhere?
 A: We invite Molly Mine fans to join the Designs by JuJu Blessings Group on Facebook, where you’ll find project inspiration, tutorials, and a warm, welcoming embroidery community. Twice the show-and-tell, twice the fun! (Please make sure you answer ALL membership questions.)
