It is important to have a central folder that contains all of your embroidery designs. That way, they will be easy to find when you need them.  Start by creating a folder someplace that you will remember and entitle it "MY EMBROIDERY DESIGNS". I created mine within the "My Documents" folder.

Next, set up folders in "MY EMBROIDERY DESIGNS" for each vendor that you get your designs from. See below.

Name your folder.

Continue to create folders for the different vendors that you use for your embroidery designs. When you purchase a set of designs from someone new, be sure to create a new folder for that vendor. This will make it so much easier for you to find your designs when you go to use them!
