Please use the following email addresses to contact us. Please note that we are a small company and due to our busy home schedules, we are *unable* to offer telephone support. We are more than happy to assist you via email and will respond to your email within 24 hours. The exception to this is Sundays and major holidays. If you do not hear back from us, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still do not see a reply within 24 hours, kindly resend your email.

Finally, please note that we cannot offer advice or support for your specific embroidery machine or software. However, we invite you to post your question on our Facebook page, where we will share it with our members. We have had tremendous success assisting our customers with a wide variety of machine specific issues simply by throwing a question out there where many others already know the solution.
